RULES OF THE BOARD

read once, it does not change
  1. 01BASIS is the only stake and the only payout. No SOL side bets, no quote tokens in the pot.
  2. 02Odds are parimutuel. Payout per 100 equals 100 times pot times 0.96, divided by the runner pool. It moves as money enters.
  3. 03Hard post time, Sunday 20:00 UTC. No entries after the bell, no maximum stake, minimum 10 BASIS.
  4. 04A keeper reads routed pool volume per quote token and posts the signed result on chain. Winners split the pot pro rata.
  5. 054 percent rake, taken in BASIS, burned. Every round removes supply.
  6. 06A tie on routed volume splits the pot between the tied sides.
  7. 07New pair hubs become new runners in later rounds, only if their pools are readable on chain.
